To Every Soul Who Made Last Year Unforgettable

There's a particular magic in walking into a room full of people who showed up for you — dressed to the nines, ready for their own version of a story unfolding. Last year, I arrived three hours into my own party, and yet the moment I stepped through that door, it felt like the night had been waiting for me.

I remember it vividly: everyone glowing, elegant, eager — like the whole room had one destination in mind and refused to let anything slow them down before Prom. Everyone understood the assignment, and it meant more to me than words can capture.

To those I didn't get to see face to face that night — know that hearing you were there still filled me with joy. Your presence, even from a distance, was a gift in itself.

I'll be honest: I'm learning that I hold onto control a little tighter than I should, that letting go and trusting the people around me is a lesson still in progress for me. But watching everyone come together, celebrate, and create something beautiful without needing me to orchestrate every detail — that taught me something I won't forget.

To everyone who called, who gave, who showed up, who helped build a night I'll always treasure — thank you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
